The anodising unit of Impact Metal Resources Sdn. Bhd. has one of the most advanced horizontal anodising systems with a monthly capacity of up to 350 metric tonnes. The system enables precise control and monitoring of each processing tank to achieve perfect colour consistency of Clear Anodized, Bronze Anodized, Light Bronze Anodized and Black Anodized and with a length of up to 7.0 metres in length with film thicknesses of 10, 15, 20 and 25 microns.

An anodised surface offers many advantages. Not only does it offer significantly improved protection against corrosion, but it is also more resistant to normal wear and tear. Cleaning and maintenance is much easier with an anodised surface. Anodised surfaces are an excellent basis for secondary coatings.
